Collective Salvation: False Doctrine

We know as believers in Christ that there is only one way to God. That is Jesus Christ. He tells us in John 14:6 that He is the way, the truth and the life and that no one comes to the Father except through Him. It is an individual salvation and relationship that is being forged. It is a choice that each individual must make.
So I am not really sure where the new focus on collective salvation could be coming from. Paul gives us a pretty clear doctrinal statement on individual salvation in Romans 10:9-13.
Scarily, more and more it is becoming apparent that there are fewer people than one might think who believe that the US was truly a Godly nation at one time. We are becoming an increasingly immoral nation. Regrettably people are placing more trust in the government and not in the King of Kings as they should be.
Collective salvation is therefore just another heresy of the last days. There are many being led astray by this false belief. This is central to a communist type Gospel that is not found in Scripture at all. Our salvation cannot come in a group form. It must be an individual decision. This belief that the government is meant to solve all problems is not Scriptural and is thus incorrect.
We should never allow anyone to force their beliefs on us. Collective salvation looks to do just that and actually creates an elite doing the forcing. Any government trying to bring about a divine salvation of any kind is demonic in nature.
Keep to the Word of the Living God and follow the Holy Spirit living inside you. Trust in Jesus and not in man.

Could Mideast War Affect Americans?

A strike on Iranian nuclear weapons production facilities appears imminent and would be disastrous for world economies still struggling from the global financial crisis. One of the casualties could be the flow of oil be stopped through the Straits of Hormuz.
Iranian President Ahmadinejad has publicly threatened to close the Straits in retaliation for an Israeli or American airstrike. He has also warned America of terrorist attacks on US soil.
The Straits are the strategic entryway into the Persian Gulf where 40% of all oil flows. This would cause rising prices for gas at the pumps. For Americans this increase could seeing us paying up to $7 or $8 a gallon for gas.
The narrowest point of the Straits is only 21 miles wide.

Latest headlines are scary in regard to Israel.
Obama pledges Big Movement on Carving Up Israel
The Palestinian Authority is expecting big movement toward taking over the areas that would encompass a future Palestinian state by the end of 2010 aa senior PA official said.
The Palestinians and the US have been negotiating the borders of a future Palestinian state that would see Israel eventually withdraw from most of the West Bank and some areas of eastern Jerusalem.
The Palestinians do not think they will see an actual independent state in 2010 but that they would take over more neighborhoods in anticipation of a future state.
The pre-condition for direct talks is the starting point of 1967 borders. PA officials are also saying that if Israel does not reach agreement on a state then the US would support a UN unilateral declaration of statehood for them.
Why is Israel not the ones currently negotiating there borders with the PA? Why is it Obama that is currently doing it? This does not bode well for Israel.
NATO would Secure new Palestinian State
The US supports an idea of placing troops of NATO along the border between Israel and the West Bank as part of a peace agreement and state for the Palestinians. Palestinian President Abbas asked the US to take the proposal to Israel. Israel has not yet responded. Antichrist is coming soon.
No New Missile System in Iran
Russia announced Tuesday that it will not ship the S-300 surface to air missile to Iran. This was to honor the UN sanctions recently approved by the Security Council. This is good news for Israel and keeps alive the potential of a pre-emptive strike.
Hezbollah Deploys Thousands of Terrorists on Northern Border
An unconfirmed report is circulating that Hezbollah has deployed 5,000 terrorist fighters near the northern Israeli border. The story was 311originally published in World Tribune. If this story is true, this is a scary development.

Is Islam taking Over America?

Not sure what to write here. This is a difficult topic to write on. But I must be honest to my King! We have two interesting on-going stories in the news recently. The first is the mosque being built within 3,000 feet of the site of the most heinous act of terrorism perpetrated against the US with the loss of 3,000 lives and the destruction of the Twin Towers.
The second involves a story concerning 6 Flags amusement park having an Islam Day on 9/12/10. The day after we remember the tragedy of 9/11. Which by the way was committed by Islamic radicals. I do not see 6 Flags having a Christian Day!
Also, we have a President who at a minimum is pro-Islamic. (Maybe even is Muslim himself). We also now have our President naming an Islamic man named Patel as the National Faith leader.
This is becoming more and more an agenda to convert our country and not an argument for diversity or political correctness. We need to be for the truth! Jesus is the truth! He is the way, the truth and the life!
It is time to stand up and be counted. We need to not let these things happen in the land of the free and the brave. Please do not forget that Islam = submission! I do not know about you but I will only bend the knee for one person and that is Christ the Lord! Yeshua!
Middle East Update #4

Interesting analysis from Hal Lindsey, great prophecy teacher, this week. His analysis of the Israel-Iran situation was spot on. Saudi Arabia has accused Iran of harboring al-Qaeda for much of the last decade. This is interesting in light of the fact that prior to the 9/11 attacks it was Saudi Arabia who harbored al-Qaeda. So what has changed? They want the world to know how serious they are when they say they that they do not want Iran to go nuclear. This accusation comes about due to the same logic that they leaked the fact that they would be willing to allow Israel to use their airspace.
Most people do not understand that Saudi Arabia, most of the Persian Gulf states and Egypt are even more afraid of a nuclear Iran than Israel is. They can’t get President Obama to even understand this.
Meanwhile Iran is working feverishly to surround Israel with its heavily-armed proxy nations and organizations: Syria, Lebanon, Hezbollah and Hamas. Iran is doing this for two reasons: (1) by forcing Israel to guard itself on so many different fronts, it makes an Israeli strike on its nuclear facilities even more difficult and (2) if something happens and Iran is not able to achieve nuclear capability, then a pincer movement by its proxies may still allow Iran to apply the death grip to Israel.
Lastly, Israel recently went to the extreme measure of revealing some of its important intelligence information about Hezbollah in the hope that the world would understand the gravity of the situation it faces on its northern border. How did the UN Security Council respond? The same way the mainstream media responded: with a yawn.
Couple all this with the report that Palestinian President Abbas told members of the Arab media that in March he told members of the Arab League that he is in favor of a pan-Arab military attack on Israel- but only if they will join together to do the deed.
Israel is still all alone in this situation. Do not let the gamesmanship from the last Netanyahu-Obama meeting fool you. That meeting occurred only because of political reasons from the Obama side. A little tip is this: do not accept what the administration says about Israel, watch what they do about Israel.
Meanwhile the potential for an Israel alone strike on Iran grows by the day. The results of this would be catastrophic. The results in Iran would be the nuclear and missile programs for Iran would be seriously damaged, but Ahmadinejad’s hold on power would become more stable.
More missile attacks on Israel will occur, a sharp rise in world oil prices would occur as the Straits of Hormuz could be closed and Israel would have to attack again due to Iran’s determination.
This is a fast changing situation. Please keep looking up as the Lord’s return is nearing!
Poll: Israeli’s want their Temple back

Today marks the ninth of Av. This is the national day of mourning for Israel over the loss of their two temples. The First Temple was destroyed 2,500 years ago by the Babylonians and the Second Temple was demolished 2,000 years ago by the Romans.
The Knesset TV Channel conducted a survey asking Israelis if they desire the building of a Third Temple. a 49% plurality said they do. Only 23% said they do not want a Third Temple.

US Government now Fears Seabed Oil and Methane Seepage

The US government now fears that oil and methane gas may be seeping from the ocean floor or seabed near the Deep Horizon oil well site even after a new cap was put on by BP this weekend.
BP may be ordered to remove the new cap so that oil and gas could be funneled to the surface and to release pressure.
This is an alarming development as the seabed stories with fissures and methane gas escaping appear to be true.
This is the worst oil disaster in US history. Let us pray that the Lord has this situation in His hand. The alternative is going to be disastrous for the US if this methane gas and pressure, never mind the seeping oil does not get fixed and quick.
More Earthquakes

Yesterday 2 large quakes hit Papa New Guinea. One was 6.9 the other was 6.8 on the Richter Scale. Also a large 6.0 quake hit off the Aleutian Islands in Alaska yesterday.
The quakes keep coming. The earth is groaning for its return to perfection. The coming of the King is near!
Weapons: Israel is Inventing; US is Decreasing

Two recent articles caught my eye this week. The first one involved Israel and the creation of a new weapon and the use of new nanotechnology. Israel is using nanotechnology to create a new type of paint created by an Israeli company named Nanoflight that will make drones, missiles, planes simply disappear. They are extremely difficult to detect by radar. A successful test on the paint was concluded last week.
This technology is also extremely budget friendly compared to purchasing an American stealth fighter. This paint helps the plane absorb the radar energy and releases the radar waves as heat energy. There is also other uses for the technology and the discovery and use of this technology is still in its infancy.
Meanwhile, the second article focused on President Obama has plans to cut the US nuclear stockpile by up to 40% by 2021. This would continue the direction of reducing the US nuclear stockpile that has seen a 75% decrease since 1989. We currently have 5,113 warheads in the stockpile today. This new reduction would bring thr stockpile down to 3,500.
The two allied countries are heading in opposite directions. While Israel continues to develop technology to protect itself and is inventing new weapons everyday, the US is folding up its strength and going home. This is a scary time for the world as the US witrhdraws from the world scene from a military perspective. We have been keeping the peace for over 60 years.
Pray for the Lord’s return and while we wait pray for the peace of Jerusalem and pray for America.
